As the summer winds down and the school year begins, we’re excited to share some of our latest projects that are now ready to welcome the new season. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to:

Rosarian Picotte Building – West Palm Beach, FL

We are proud to announce the completion of the Rosarian Picotte Building project. This ambitious transformation converted an existing parking garage into state-of-the-art classrooms. The project included comprehensive interior improvements to ensure the space is not only functional but also inspiring for students and teachers alike. Just in time for the new school year, this building is now ready to support the educational journey of its students.

We also have two more Retail Sector projects in progress:

• • Sunoco Gas Station Renovation – Jupiter, FL.
  • Wawa Plantation – New Convenience Store/Gas Station
