OUR HISTORY

Ibis Building Corporation was created in 2011 by a team that has over thirty years experience working together at a former commercial construction firm. Adam Hodes, Greg Sawyer, and Terry Stone decided to start their own firm with the knowledge and experience of working on a variety of commercial construction projects throughout the Florida market. Ibis Building prides itself on our relationships that we establish with our clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Our core beliefs are that our quality relationships with our design teams and subcontractors allow us to provide the quality and timelines that is expected of our clients. Every project that we take on we manage as if we are building for ourselves with every decision that is made to have cost and time factored without ever compromising on quality. We are a family that builds and everyone we build for is our family. Our personal attention to every project is a trait that is often forgotten in our industry and we value every project just the same whether it is a small tenant build-out or a new large scale construction project. Ibis specializes in commercial construction that spans many different industries.

Adam Hodes

Principal Partner
Adam is a graduate from Florida International University and has spent the last ten years as a project manager. His strong leadership ensures that project runs smoothly whether it is a small build out or a large scale construction project. Adam’s main role at Ibis is to oversee operations and maintain client relations throughout the project.

Greg Sawyer

Partner / Qualifier / Executive Superintendent
Greg has brought over twenty five years of experience of working in the construction industry. He is the qualifier for Ibis Building holding a state certified general contractor license since 1991. His extensive experience and knowledge in the field allows for the utmost quality control.

Terry Stone

Partner / Executive Superintendent
Terry has brought over twenty five years of experience of working in the construction industry. Terry’s leadership and dedication to project excellence always ensures customer satisfaction. His extensive experience and knowledge in the field allows for the utmost quality control.

Krystyal Perdomo

CFO
Krystyal has over thirty years of working in the commercial construction industry. She manages a structured, process-driven finance and administrative model, whereby all functions and tasks are standardized to provide the operations team with efficient and effective back-office support. She works hand in hand with the principals on all strategic initiatives for the business, and is responsible for all financial matters.

Danielle Kinzie

Accounting
Danielle is a graduate of Palm Beach State College and is currently finishing up her bachelors of business management degree with focus on construction accounting. Danielle has previous experience working in accounting for a large size business. Her attentiveness to detail helps with job cost accounting.
