15,000 SF Office Renovation

IBIS Construction is currently progressing on the renovation of the 4th floor offices for LRP in Jupiter, Florida. This 15,000 square foot office transformation is designed to modernize the workspace while enhancing functionality, efficiency, and employee collaboration.

The renovation includes upgraded finishes, new office configurations, collaborative meeting spaces, and enhanced building systems to support a modern professional environment.

O’Reilly Auto Parts Tenant Improvement

Boynton Beach, Florida

Approximately 8,600 SF Renovation

IBIS Construction successfully completed the O’Reilly Auto Parts tenant improvement project in Boynton Beach, Florida in March 2026.

We appreciate the collaboration with the ownership and project team and are proud to have delivered another successful retail renovation project.

Project Status: Completed March 2026

New Wawa Convenience Store & Gas Station

West Palm Beach, Florida

Construction has officially started on a new Wawa convenience store and gas station in West Palm Beach, Florida.

This ground-up development will bring a modern convenience retail experience and fueling station to the area. IBIS Construction is managing site development, building construction, and coordination across multiple trades to keep the project moving efficiently.

The project is currently on schedule with anticipated completion by the end of 2026.
