Believe it or not, we are about to enter into the second month of 2021! And, Ibis Building is busier than ever with many exciting new projects.
We’ve just broken ground on a new 6,931 SF Wawa (#5402) with an anticipated opening in September 2021. This store will be one of the few C.M.U. constructed Wawa buildings in South Florida. This will be a high traffic location for Wawa located off of US1 and Grand Avenue in Coral Gables, Florida.
We’ve also begun a new tenant improvement for yet another Banfield Pet Hospital in Orlando (#5286). This 4,957 SF tenant improvement will be one of the largest pet hospital we have completed for Banfield. This project includes lobby, restrooms, exam rooms, treatment area, x-ray and surgery areas.
And lastly, we’ve also begun a 303 Banyan Blvd Lobby Modification in West Palm Beach. The escalator will be removed and some updated finishes for the new Wells Fargo entrance that will be relocating within the building.
