Happy Summer, Everybody! We hope this newsletter finds you relishing the sunny days and cool breezy evenings. At Ibis Building, we’ve been harnessing the energy of the season to bring to life projects that make a lasting impact. It’s been a productive season, and we are thrilled to share our latest achievements in both the educational and retail sectors.

School’s out for summer, but we are at Rosarian Academy renovating a 13,951 sf classroom building! The Rosarian Academy community can look forward to a refreshed learning environment. 

As the temperatures rise, so does the anticipation for our newest Wawa store in Medley, Florida. Now complete and ready to open its doors, this store promises to be a cool oasis offering convenience and a wide range of products for the Medley community. 

And..progress is heating up on another Wawa project in Pembroke Park. This new gas station and convenience store is currently under construction, with the grand opening anticipated by year’s end.
